1. When will I get my order?

Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, not the order date. Packages will usually arrive in 2-7 business days.
Shipment processing can delay due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes.
Track your order through USPS by entering your USPS TRACKING NUMBER, which will be emailed to you the day your shipment has been processed.
*Returns are acceptable for most products in decent condition. Refunds and replacements are viable. For more information, view our returns policy.
*Custom and out-of-stock orders will require additional time to ship. If you do not receive a tracking number within a week’s time, be sure to email or phone us to confirm that your order was received.
